StillByte Labs offers a 14-day refund window for SnapName subscriptions.

If SnapName is not a good fit, email support@snapname.app within 14 days of purchase and request a refund.

What happens after a refund

After a refund is processed, paid access ends and SnapName may require a new subscription before additional AI names can be generated.

Subscription refunds

Refund confirmations, invoices, or subscription notices may be sent in connection with your purchase.
