These terms describe the basic rules for using SnapName.

Product

SnapName is a macOS application that captures screenshots, suggests filenames using local AI, and saves screenshots to a folder you choose.

Requirements

SnapName requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 13 Ventura or later. Some features require Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions.

Trial and subscription

SnapName includes 20 free successful screenshots. Continued use requires an active annual subscription. Subscriptions are processed and managed by Paddle.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use SnapName and for complying with applicable laws, workplace policies, and privacy obligations when capturing screenshots.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by the SnapName refund policy.

No warranty

SnapName is provided as-is. Filename suggestions may be imperfect, incomplete, or wrong. Review filenames before saving important files.
